Recently, Yupont Smart Energy’s smart factory located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, successfully completed mass production of its 1P104S energy storage PACK product. The 1P104S energy storage PACK uses 104 battery cells arranged in series, which effectively improves the consistency of battery charging and discharging, ensuring the stability of the system.

The 1P104S energy storage Pack product successfully developed this time will be used in a 400MWh grid-side independent shared energy storage project. To ensure the stability and superior charging and discharging performance of the 1P104S energy storage Pack, as well as the quality and production efficiency of the product, Yupont’s smart production line adopts cutting-edge production technologies, including OCV detection systems for battery cells, plasma cleaning, module terminal positioning, and the industry-leading ring-shaped spot welding technology. Based on these cutting-edge production techniques, Yupont Smart Energy can provide customers with more convenient and reliable energy solutions, helping them achieve higher efficiency and lower costs in the field of energy utilization.
Yupont Smart Energy’s module PACK and energy storage container smart production line is the first to adopt standard, modular, one-unit, lightweight and energy-saving design, with the characteristics of high quality, high stability, high efficiency, high precision, high compatibility, and low user cost. It meets customers’ needs for quick delivery, stable mass production, smart compatibility, and energy saving and consumption reduction. The production line is equipped with an MES system, which collects data and monitors the production line to enable traceability of product quality throughout the process, helping customers achieve lean production management and bringing them better economic benefits and added value.
