Nanjing R&D Center
Yupont Smart Energy R&D Center focuses on the innovative development of a full range of energy storage products. It has set up professional technical testing platforms and laboratories for power electronics, battery system safety and charging and discharging tests. For project product delivery, it adheres to the full coverage factory testing of all products, solving potential problems within the factory, greatly saving on-site commissioning time and eliminating on-site risks.
Jiaxing Haiyan Smart Manufacturing Plant
Yupont Smart Energy has built a comprehensive capacity 5GWh energy storage product smart manufacturing plant in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province (with capacity up to 10GWh upon 2025 Phase II plant completed). The production line has optimized the core steps of plasma cleaning, automatic stacking, and ring spot welding, so that the production cycle of energy storage products reach 15PPM. The production line is characterized by “digitalization”, “lean management”, and “automation” integration, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and building flexible production and demand matching capabilities to meet customers’ diverse customization needs to the greatest extent.
Yupont Smart Energy is proficient in advanced manufacturing processes across the entire spectrum from battery modules to system integration and holds leading domestic energy storage technologies, including grid-forming storage and power electronics control.
